Go to Prom Like You’d Go to the Met Ball!

The Met Ball is one of my favorite fashion events of the year, and considering that it takes place in the spring, what event could possibly be better to draw prom inspiration from?

Although we are already in the middle of prom season, for those of you who maybe just got invited or have a late prom, here are my favorite Met Ball looks and a prom dress to match!

Met Ball: Emma Stone

Prom Dress: Asos (links in photos). If your school is fine with you wearing a pantsuit-type outfit, then I suggest you try it out! Not only will you be a bold, fashion-forward show stopper but you will also be much more comfortable, and it will be a lot easier to dance. And, if your school hasn’t ever had a female prom attendee wear a suit and you want to but aren’t sure if it fits dress code, ask about it! Odds are it would be fine as long as you are formal enough.
